Senior Temporary Customs Documentation Executive

We are looking for candidates for a Senior Temporary Customs Documentation Executive in 7 months with key activities as below:
- Regularly updating customs clearance status to customers.
- Following up monthly, weekly master list.
- Updating the shipment information in the system and master list.
- Preparing documents for clients’ shipments (both sea & air, inbound & outbound).
- Liaising with the trucking teams to arrange to pick up cargoes from customers’ site (export shipments),
or deliver the cargoes to consignees’ address (import shipments).
- Contact to the customers for required documents if missing regarding to incoming shipments.
- Solving the issues during the customs clearance process.
- Coordinating with the customer and Customs & Transportation dept. to ensure that the shipments are cleared smoothly & timely.
- Advising customers on the matters related to customs formalities.
- Preparing required reports (internal & external).
