a. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the marketing department and related departments to build and develop the company image.
• Mentor for newbie
• Record, edit videos, take photos, cut, and combine clips to create a complete clip.
• Build promotional clips, Viral clips, product introduction videos, and product descriptions.
• Create new video content according to the trend and orientation of the organization.
• Edit, and create effects to complete videos and clips according to the organization's requirements.
b. KPIs:
• What are the 3 5 Key Performance Indicators this position will be measured against?
• Videos are produced according to guidelines (100%)
• Complete timeline (95%)
c. Interdepartmental communication
• What are the primary people contacts in this job? With whom? What purpose? How Often?
• Marketing team members: work directly for brief
• Marketing manager: report directory-Update work process
• CEO: report following Job requirements-As needed
