Service Engineer

- Be responsible for performing services such as recertification, calibration, maintenance, replacing accessories of above equipment.
- Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining of a variety of: Laboratory equipment such as biological safety cabinet, laminar flow, oven, incubator, fume hood, freezer/refrigerator, etc...; Medical equipment for IVF; Pharma Containment equipment.
- Be responsible for the engineer's KPI such as seeking old cabinets, service sales target, etc... assigned by Managers.
- Be responsible for documentation on site, maintaining work schedule and preservation of assigned tools.
- Do testing and commissioning of new products after the installation on site and give operation training directly to end-users for their complete understanding before usage.
- Support product specialists to conduct useful seminars weekly at end-user’s site to enhance customers’ safety awareness during working.
- Visit end-users to introduce all Esco products/services and Esco Biosafety, Chemical-Safety and Pharma Safety Awareness Education Programs to maintain/build rapport relations with customers as scheduled by the operation team. Pass information to the operation team in case get product/service enquiries from customers to quote.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Managers.
