Mô tả công việc

Understand service requirements, devise solutions, and create service delivery plans.
Execute service tasks, analyze and resolve encountered issues, and compile reports to demonstrate successful service delivery.
Collaborate with external customers and internal development/QA teams to ensure smooth service project delivery.
Deliver global service projects, including data migration, data management, storage optimization, SharePoint portal, tech refresh and platform upgrades, etc.
Assess workload and duration for new projects or change requirements to support sales processes.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

A strong sense of responsibility and resilience under pressure.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Strong logical thinking skills, enabling quick understanding of client requirements and technical solutions.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or a related engineering major is preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps and services (Windows OS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Experience with SharePoint, Azure, data migration, or infrastructure setup is preferred.
