- Responsible for marketing as well as implementation of service products such as service contracts
- Capture of concrete potentials and initiation of actions based on them in close coordination with Service Key Account Management & BC Management
- Responsible for business development and acquisition of orders in the spare parts, rebuild and field service business
- Implementation of measures / strategies from Corporate Service / especially Service Key Account Management
- In particular, regular planning of meetings on the subject of discontinuation and elaboration of roadmap
- Ensuring process quality (preparation of quality notification, submission of conspec & compliance with service workflow system)
- Regular exchange with service key account management & reporting
- Active support of contract execution/implementation of negotiated global master agreements
- Overhaul planning with the key account and regular exchange with the customer regarding delivery performance
- Escalation level in the service area for the respective key account (def. escalation: machine downtime; technical problems; technician availability; spare parts supply; rebuild project; overhauls; quality; service contract; helpdesk contract; pricing; global framework agreement)
- Active support for claims in the context of the payment review process
