Mô tả công việc

- Event management: Planning the event, get approval and organize events.
- Perform tasks related to CRM system
- Training: Support training activities.
- Survey customers: Visit and gain voice of customer in order to measure customer satisfaction.
- Handling complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- CSI management: Daily, monthly, quarterly follow up, co-operate with colleague and dealers to improve dealers operation and customer satisfaction. Visit dealers to investigate root cause of problems and find out countermeasure for improvements.
