Goal of the Job:
• Provide professional service, training and problem solving effectively for all Pad printing, Screen printing and machinery.
Reporting Structure: He/She will report to Service Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide customer with proper training, testing and problem solving for Pad and Screen printing in all aspects eg. Ink, printing and machine.
• Prepare testing and service reports.
• Installation and service for machinery.
• Cooperate efficiently with Sales and other departments for service job and installation job.
• Other tasks as assigned.
