- Study, conduct service training and evaluation to dealers (mostly focus on non-technical training)
- Support dealers to improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Net Promoter Score (NPS), Parts sales per unit, etc.
- Support dealers about aftersales service activities
- Cooperate and support other teams
