Silk Printing Engineer

Our Client is a global player in plastics industry specializing in manufacturing sporting goods, automotive components is seeking for a Silk Printing Engineer to join their dynamic & fast-growing team.
Purpose of Position
- To inspect, operate and maintain machines and equipment of Silk-printing process.
- Timely report to line manager about damages or risk (if any).
Job Responsibility
- Make, show, and modify screen frames.
- Knowledgeable in inks, solvents, and mixing methods.
- Adjust silk-printing parameters to solve quality and automation issues.
- Assist supervisors with continuous improvement plans to boost efficiency.
- Promote new projects and processes to solve technical problems.
- Address customer and process complaints with preventive measures.
- Ensure smooth production by solving technical issues.
- Manage and regularly check tools and equipment.
- Train and assess new technicians and operators.
- Reduce defects and downtime, improving production efficiency.
