Mô tả công việc
1. Good engineering skills related to the SMT technology.
2. Understand the SMT module for each process/machine.
3. Setup machine parameters to create the recipe, programming screen printer, SPI, mounter, reflow, AOI, flux cleaning.
4. Experience in mounter for creating recipes with ASM machine.
5. Good in AOI for creating recipes with Parmi/Petron machine.
6. Setup new machine and DOE process condition
7. Make report for machine/line buy-off evaluation items.
8. Quality and yield improvement, troubleshooting
9. Failure analysis in the process to make corrective action
