Social Account Manager

Coordinate campaign brainstorming and planning with Digital Planners;
Manage and keep good relationship with Clients to identify strategy to greatly meet their requirements;
Execute projects’ lifecycle, ensuring adequate resources;
Estimate and optimize budget to deliver positive return on marketing spend;
Brief & work with 3rd party (media, social listening, social management platform, community, research);
Be responsible for quality of deliverables, timeline and KPIs delivery commitment;
Creating dependable, organized and clear communications across all departments;
Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner;
Consolidate campaign report and present to client.

Proficient in English (especially writing and speaking);
At least 5 years of experience in agency and knowledge of various categories of brand;
Proactive attitude and the ability to multi-task and set/meet aggressive deadlines;
Amazing communication and presentation skills;
Strong problem solving, time and multi-task management & leadership skills;
Creative thinking and regular idea generation;
Always stay up-to-date of target audience trends and behaviors;
Client service mindset & project management skill.
