- Inventory Management: Overseeing spa supplies, products, and equipment, and ensuring an adequate inventory is maintained for smooth operations.
- Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the spa facility, ensuring it is well-maintained and meets the highest standards.
- Creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
