Sr. Demand & Supply Planning Analyst

● Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
● Review Forecast accuracy & forecast bias
● Coordinate cross-functional collaboration activities (with business & brand team) to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions
● Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with commerce, business & brand team to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts
● Generate consensus plan forecast based on final forecast enrichment with commerce, business & brand team. Consensus plan to be validated by CBO
● Build rolling supply plan based on validated forecast, and key parameters.
● Communicate and collaborate supply plan with principal, finance, import and warehouse team to ensure products arrive within expected timeline
● Ensure warehouse manage a healthy inventory level, with low slow moving & obsoletes stocks.
● In charge distribution plan for each warehouse location
