This position will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, setting objectives for the HR team of MGH Vietnam. You will be aligned to our Human Resources vertical and will help us in the function that deals with people and people related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development and culture. You will also be managing a team of HR associates by setting regular objectives and deploying engagement strategies for strengthening employee relations. The role requires familiarity with the latest HR technology, such as applicant tracking systems and payroll management software.
Role & Responsibility
• Understanding the job vacancies and requirements by analyzing talent pipeline with various management heads and designing appropriate job descriptions accordingly.
• Utilizing various sourcing channels/portals inclusive of headhunters/ external recruiters for the ongoing recruitment requirements.
• Co-ordinating with candidates and HR associates for interviews and overseeing the entire recruitment process along with updating the internal database.
• Assist in the complete employee cycle from sourcing to employee onboarding with the HR team.
• Conduct exit interviews
• Drive scale-up plans of the company by attracting the best talent across the industry.
• Screening resumes of applicants and shortlisting candidates for discussions
• Coordinating interviews with reporting managers
• Delivering monthly recruitment targets set in line with the company's growth plans.
• Conducting new employee orientation and onboarding and ensuring that new hires settle well in the company during the initial phase.
