Mô tả công việc

1. Manage all aspects of the store (images, products, employees, customer service...) in accordance with the commercial strategy
2. Manage people, store operations and environment to achieve sales, service, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals
3. Monitor the retail store inventory level; replenishment of stock and return cycle is carried out accordingly
4. Handling customer complaints and problems related to the store management.
5. Motivate staff’s enthusiasm, help stores to achieve monthly sales target.
6. Implement sales events and promotion in accordance to sales plan
7. Responsible for guiding and training new employees in accordance with the Company's regulations and procedures. Train employees in sales skills, customer communication and other skills
8. Maintain store staff job results by leading, coaching, training, motivating, counseling and disciplining employees; also monitoring job results and providing advice for staff performance improvement
9. Work with the management and HR regarding staff attendance, manpower planning, recruitment and selection, training program, staff evaluation and all personnel actions
10. Organize and manage duty roster effectively, maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality on daily basic & during peak season, holiday, responsible for staff working schedule, handle and maintain staff discipline
11. Submit all monthly store expenses/invoices, sales performance, and other reports to Finance Dept to process the payment
12. Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors.

Quyền lợi được hưởng

1. Salary : Basic salary 13,000,000 - 15,000,000 gross + Monthly Commissions
2. Year-end bonus, Performance review from once/year
3. Paid Social Insurance based on full salary.
4. 12 days annual leaves per year

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

1. University graduates.
2. At least 2 year-experience in retail customer service industries: fashion retail, supermarket, F&B...
3. Good verbal and written communication in English OR Chinese
4. Excellent self-management skills, open-minded, Hard-working, have good team-work and communication skills
5. Can work under high pressure and self-motivation and willing to work in shifts.
