• Conduct business analysis, market research, and strategic analysis to support the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans for the company.
• Analyze macroeconomic factors and government policies that directly impact the company’s business operations and propose appropriate adjustments to strategic plans.
• Assist in preparing analytical reports on the automotive industry and competitors to provide timely information for business decision-making.
• Participate in and support the management of key strategic projects, including planning, execution, and progress tracking of major initiatives that affect the company’s long-term development strategy.
• Manage projects from the planning phase, resource allocation, progress tracking to results evaluation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and achieve the established strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement innovation and improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and maintain competitiveness in the automotive industry.
