Mô tả công việc
1. Lead the Comprehensive Strategic Process
- Take responsibility for the entire process, from receiving the brief, developing the strategy, presenting, to monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the strategy.
- Collaborate closely with departments to ensure the process is executed effectively, optimizing the outcomes.
2. Expertise in Multi-Platform Communication
- Leverage expertise in digital platforms and social media to drive brand growth and business performance.
- Provide strategic consulting to both internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and success.
3. Build Strategic Partnerships
- Maintain and develop sustainable relationships with clients and strategic partners: media, market research, technology, publishers, communication platforms, etc.
4. Manage and Develop the Team
- Inspire, guide, and effectively manage a small team of 1-2 junior planners (or interns).
- Support team members in developing their skills while ensuring individual and team goals are met.
5. Identify and Develop Business Opportunities
- Proactively seek and capitalize on new business opportunities within the current client portfolio.
- Propose growth solutions for accounts, expanding opportunities for collaboration and new business development.
