- Analyze and implement Substrate MLO design according to customer information and requirements.
- Work closely with SI PI engineer, PCB design engineer, and Mechanical engineer to optimize component placement, layer stack-up, routing priority, and copper plane distribution, …
- Generating documentation such as Gerbers, Schematic, BOM, …
- Check with fab vendors for DFM specs to ensure the design meets their capability.
- Communicate directly with customers for questions and clarification.
- Cooperate with other departments for any relative issues.
