PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Spartronics Vietnam is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of electronic circuit boards in our PCBA manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, and Electrical Engineering, with experience working with electronics, metal and plastic parts.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials and components.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate their quality management systems and manufacturing capabilities.
- Support new product introductions and resolve quality-related issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality control processes for electronics, metal part and plastic parts.
- Monitor and track supplier performance to drive continuous quality improvement.
- Address non-conformities and quality issues, working with suppliers to implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain supplier quality documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
