Panasonic Sales Vietnam is seeking a logistics/purchase staff in Hanoi. This position will oversee all procurement activities in accordance with company policy and standards.
• Receiving information from Sales team & upload PO file in SAP system.
• Follow up with dealers, sales/ MKT /Accounting until Sales order release/unblock.
• Process & control Sales order in TMS system for smooth truck arrangement by auto system.
• Closely coordinate with Sales team, Marketing team and dealers for smoothly delivery and secure LT.
• Coordinate with transporters and sales to solve all issues happened if any with “customer first” mindset.
• Check delivery documents and control POD in TMS System.
• Other jobs in outbound team when being assigned.
