1. Implement all CA-led partnerships
- Ensure the implementation of these partnerships fully compliant with Heirules and global guidelines.
- Manage the budget spending and activities plan and all the relating logistics (advance, payment, design and production, etc…) as required.
- Support to find projects and partnerships that positively impact corporate reputation and support purposeful brands where possible.
- Work, seek support or give support to global, where relevant, on the topics.
- Plan and work with the approved partners, coordinators, communication and public affairs teams to execute partnership initiatives.
- Collaborate with communication team for story telling on these partnerships and with Public Affairs to support relevant legislation and engagement on the partnership topics with Gov & stakeholders
- Track and store all relevant outcomes & impacts of partnership initiatives for report and communication.
- Register these partnerships in Global system as required.
- Initiate and create slides decks and speaking notes for HVN executives to share partnership practices of the company at relevant conferences, forums, webinars, workshops, etc…
2. Implement employee engagement relevant to partnership topics
- Engage with internal volunteers, business partners for their joint contributions.
- Develop initiatives that well support employee engagement.
- Create or co-create, where required, annual plan for those initiatives.
- Implement these initiatives to develop company pride and love from employees.
- Manage the budget spending and all the logistics (advance, payment, design and production, etc…).
- Coordinate with relevant sections for employee engagement initiative.
- Track and store all relevant outcomes for report and communication
3. Manage partnerships, external agency and budget:
- Manage partnerships, external agencies and budget, with Cost and Value mindset, while ensuring excellent execution, KPIs delivery and impact measurement.
4. Develop self and culture:
- Act and collaborate with “company-first” mindset and add value to the business.
- Develop self as a high-performing, action-biased, result-oriented and data-driven team member.
- Give constructive feedback to managers and peers.
- Be a trust sustainability partner to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage effective performance management & career development for self.
