Mô tả công việc
• Configure / Troubleshoot Workstations, Notebooks and Printer hardware including any software errors
• Configuration, Operation and maintenance of network infrastructure including firewall, networking
• Switches, servers including physical and virtual servers, backup devices and UPS
• Perform regular backup operations and implementation processes for data protection
• Work with other DP resources in Singapore and Malaysia to gain operational familiarity
• Maintain the firewall and VPN connection between Bangkok and Indochina
• Manage hardware and software maintenance including asset inventories / software renewals
• Manage CCTV/PABX/ Door Access Systems.
