Oversee and manage th recruitment and hiring processes within an organization. You play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet th company's staffing needs and support it strategic goals.
C. TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH:
1. Công việc liên quan đến TÀI CHÍNH
• Manage recuitment costs and optimize the recruitment budget
• Ensure eficient use of resources in the recruitment process
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics related to talent acquistion, such as cost-per-hire and return on investment of recruitment efforts
• Estalish and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future job openings through proactive sourcing and talent acquisition strategies.
• Carry out employer branding activities to attract and enhance employer brand

• Understand the talent needs of the organazation's internal customers (hiring managers an departments)
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with hiring managers to effectively address their staffing requirements
• Ensure a positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process to enhance the employer brand and attract top talent

• Develop and excute effective recruitment strategies aligned with organazational goal and telent recruitments.
• Estalish and maintain streamlined recruitment process, includling process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection
• Monitor and improve key recruitment metrics, such as time - to - fill, quality of hire, and deversity metrics
• Implement and leverage technology solutions to enhance efficientcy and effectiveness in talent acquisition

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emering technologies in talent acquisition
• Continuously develop and enhance recruitment skills and knowledge
• Foster a culture of learning and growth within the talent acquisition team
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to edentify training and development needs related to recruitment and selection
