• Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment requisitions and hiring kick-off plan
• Conduct interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Support employer branding initiatives, organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Lead all recuitment admin works (Onboarding, health check arrangement, reference check consolidation and other tasks assigned)
