This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
in the Hanoi Capital Region. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting. Your role will be critical in attracting and selecting top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.
Talent Sourcing:
Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including career sites, social media, and professional networks.
Candidate Screening:
Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
Executive search:
identify and recruit for key positions aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company's brand as an employer of choice through social media, industry events, and job fairs.
Market Research:
Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to attract top talent.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and generate recruitment reports.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience through transparent communication and a seamless interview process.
Management level recruiting:
Participate in recruitment activities, hunting level managers, experts in the industry

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience in IT, telecommunications, or executive search. Headhunting experience is an advantage.
Extensive LinkedIn network with demonstrated ability to leverage connections for talent sourcing.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with candidates.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience utilizing various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR databases.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Good English skills (business English standard of proficiency are required for the role)
