Fully execute the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing (online and offline), regular communication with candidates and recruitment leadership;
Actively search resumes on various recruitment channels to get sufficient and qualified CVs for recruitment requirements;
Build applicant sources and data by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, other recruiters, media, and internet sites;
Be active in building employer branding through diverse channels;
Manage the posting of job vacancies at top-performing recruitment channels;
Implement and coordinate procedures for new employees (seats, machines, employee records, etc).
Participate in building job descriptions;
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates for further processing;
Coordinate with the Department Manager/Leader to evaluate the probation and sign the contract/terminate the probation with the respective new employees;
Excellent customer service mindset in working with candidates and hiring managers, creating a great candidate experience and recruitment experience for all stakeholders.
Other tasks requested by the higher management;
Note: this position will have:
Recruitment coverage: entry-level to C-management
Recruitment location: Local (Vietnam), Foreign (Asia and Africa)

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Proficient in written and spoken English. French is a plus;
Freshly graduated students with internships in similar positions, or of related experience;
Experience in an international setting or NGO is a plus;
Proficient in MS Office and computer literacy;
Having graphic design skills is a plus;
Agile, proactive in work, able to work independently as well as in a good team
Excellent skill in persuasion, negotiation and communication
Positive & results-oriented mindset with logical thinking.
Freshly graduated students with internships in similar positions, or of related experience;
Experience in an international setting or NGO is a plus;
Proficient in MS Office and computer literacy;
