OBJECTIVE
Build and implement talent management and development programs with the goal of finding, developing, and retaining high-quality talent in accordance with the organization's development strategy and goals.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop talent management framework and processes to identify, develop, and retain talent.
- Design an overall talent management framework.
- Select and build assessment tools to identify talents based on defined criteria.
- Design, operate, and measure the success of development programs for each talent segment (including training, development, and engagement programs).
- Manage and implement key talent development and selection programs.
- Manage and implement succession planning programs.
- Participate in talent assessment sessions as an evaluator based on talent profiles and selection assessment tools.
- Develop guiding principles with company leaders to advise on key positions for succession planning.
- Develop and annually update a succession plan consistent with current and future business plans to ensure business continuity.
- Design and operationalize the assessment of the Leadership Competency Framework.
- Develop career roadmaps and job descriptions based on the career map and skills map of the Skills Framework.
- Deploy assessment and selection of key talent segments: Critical Role, High Potential, Future Leader, etc.
- Deploy leadership capacity assessments according to the needs of the organization.
