*** Job Description:
- Receive & check information from the project management department: issue output VAT invoices, warehouse delivery notes and internal transportation.
- Monthly: prepare a VAT summary report after checking and comparing the VAT invoice with the input and output tax declaration. Prepare foreign contractor tax reports.
- Email output VAT invoices and issued warehouse receipts to relevant departments.
- Record output VAT invoices into Accounting software.
- Check the reasonableness, legality & validity of project cost documents; Recorded in Accounting software.
- Monitor and make requests for payment of VAT, current tax, and withholding tax on time.
- Prepare tax reports according to forms for Tax Inspection.
- Other tasks are assigned upon request.
