Teaching In South Vietnam/ Science Foreign Teachers

Canadian Curriculum school is seeking multiple dedicated and passionate foreign teachers from US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Newzealand and Australia to join us at our new campus in Saigon and nearby cities, Vietnam for a 23-month period from October 2024. The foreign teachers will teach Science courses according to the Ontario and Vietnamese Secondary School Curriculum. Students who successfully complete the program will earn both the Ontario Secondary School Diploma and the Vietnamese High School Diploma.
1. Job description:
• Develop lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Teach up to 25 periods (45 minutes each) per week in Biology/Science (Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry/Biology) for students from Grade 6 to Grade 11.
• Assess and grade student homework, assignments, quizzes, and tests in a timely manner, providing feedback as necessary.
• Hold office hours and review sessions to assist students.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance educational programs.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student performance.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in school functions.
• Assist the school during inspections by the Ministry of Education of Ontario or official Vietnamese education agencies.
• Occasionally participate in marketing or teaching events during or outside of regular school hours.
