Technical Director of Automotive Production / Giám Đốc Kỹ Thuật Sản Xuất Mảng Ô Tô

In charge of the operations of the Technical Department, responsible for the department's operations and performance in front of the Company's Board of Directors.
Specific tasks:
- Responsible for monitoring, operating, maintaining, and ensuring the effectiveness of the quality management system within the Company.
- Manage and evaluate product quality assurance work.
- Deploy work for the department in charge according to the Company's production and business plan.
- Build a product quality management system.
- Manage documents about the entire quality system of the Company.
- Take charge of researching, analyzing, and finding the causes and ways to thoroughly fix product errors, if any.
- Make official announcements about product quality.
- Establish criteria and standards for product monitoring and inspection
- Plan and conduct periodic internal quality assessments to propose measures to improve product quality.
- Supervise and urge employees to perform assigned tasks well.
- Regularly update criteria for evaluating quality standards and production standards of products issued by relevant functional agencies and quality assessment organizations around the world.
- Make training plans and implement periodic training activities on quality systems for employees and production and business departments of the factory.
- Advise the company's Board of Directors on technical requirements and production process improvements.
- Check employee reporting and compile reports for the Board of Directors on daily product quality.
- Implement other tasks assigned by the BOD.

In the initial phase of implementation, we have built the Thai Hung electric vehicle factory in Thai Binh province with a production capacity of 5,000 electric cars and 10,000 electric scooters per year. The entire factory is expected to be inaugurated and operational by the third quarter of 2024.

Salary negotiable according to capacity + allowances + sales bonus. Annual income ranges from 500 million - 1.2 billion VND depending on the project in charge.
