The opportunity
Resourceful, and creative, you will align business priorities and trend insights to develop, coordinate and deploy the marketing strategy of Personal Care market segment across Viet Nam. You will be the pivot between the Market Segment Directors, the technical and lab teams and the locals sales organization to design exciting campaigns, impact and inspire our teams and customers.
Main Accountabilities
Your responsibilities will span internal and external marketing across both strategy and operations within the Personal Care market segment in Asia Pacific. Some of the main accountabilities for this dynamic role includes,
Marketing plan design
• Work in close collaboration with the Market Segment Directors (MSD) and local teams to
design the marketing plan focused on market trends, campaigns and suppliers’ priorities;
• Design and launch regional sales campaigns to support the local teams in engaging with
customers and winning new business opportunities;
• Create essential sales tools for the local teams: brochures and support and events
presentation focus on trends.
Suppliers growth and management
• Prepare appealing business supplier pitch for new mandate win in collaboration with the
management and local teams (PowerPoint);
• Align with the management, local teams and suppliers on ingredient focused campaigns;
• Support the local teams in understanding and grasping new market opportunities for their
suppliers by running market analysis.
Digital Customer Portal: roll-out and content management
• Create compelling marketing content to increase customer awareness, interest and generate
actionable leads. Marketing content includes, but not limited to:
• Product data with compelling descriptions, features, benefits, applications, and technical
studies that substantiate their value;
• Enrich the market trends, ingredient focus, formulation highlight blog to connect customers
with innovation or problem-solving opportunities;
• Support the lab teams in creating appealing formulation descriptions,
• Email marketing to provide technical solutions and inspiration through compelling story telling,
aimed at generating actionable leads;
Track, manage and report on marketing initiatives
• Track metrics such as customer engagement to identify ways of improvement, and
continually refine marketing process within the Asia Pacific region;
• Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns by working
closely with the Asia Pacific management team;
• Develop and report on new marketing initiatives and strategies for the Asia Pacific region.
