Mô tả công việc
- Based on customer’s discussion, work with engineers to make a clear direction to solve the process issue and make the improvement.
- Discuss with customers about the process issues and improvements.
- Take quick actions and decisions for trouble shooting in the production line.
- Check and submit the MBO/ PBO/ Process FACA to customers.
- Make the DOEs (Design of experiments) to simulate the process failures, trying new process parameters or consumable.
- Communicate with other departments such as QA, IQC, RnD to get the information for process.
- Highlight/ Report process issue daily to the leaders
