Work Location:
Our factory is based in VSIP 3, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong. Shuttle buses are provided from Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa & Binh Duong
Core Responsibilities
- Brings the expertise into business context, and actively uses functional expertise and end-to-end understanding when leading and setting a direction
- Drives Project Management within technical logistics projects
- Actively uses innovation to create results and finding improvement opportunities such as improve machines, equipment, logistic automation and logistics processes
- Ensure collaboration and good leadership of projects with involved project members also towards key stakeholders and suppliers
- Drive and manage both local and global projects, ensuring customer satisfaction towards understanding, solutions, time and cost and at the same time deliverables are delivered in high quality
- Support and Drive development and Innovation in technology platforms around logistic systems and warehouses
- Encourages and inspires people to be open minded and flexible to ideas from others
- Building relationships to all key stakeholders and sparring partner for Engineering and Global site management

Manufacturing Design & Implementation (MD&I) is a global organization of project managers, project assistants and specialists that have a hands-on approach towards continuously improve the technologies to enable our internal customers to succeed with their manufacturing objectives
The Project Manager is working with one or more projects and activities, in regards to logistics concepts, projects, layouts, development of solutions, procurement of machines and equipment, identification and roll-out of improvements/best practice and optimizing the existing production processes and equipment's, related to support logistics End2End operations on all sites.
