Mô tả công việc
1. Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales and
profitability margin targets with designated account(s).
2. Expand profits, market position / share, introduce new products / solutions to clients and organize
visits to current and potential clients.
3. Prepare and submit short and mid-range sales plans to reach nominated targets. Support the
development of demand forecast in own area.
4. Maintain a high level of market intelligence by monitoring the performance of competition product
and analyzing price change trend through close contact with customer.
5. Retain and intensify long-term customer relationships with established accounts that will generate
future sales and repeat business.
6. Provide the necessary technical support on site, for example equipment maintenance. Help to
solve the application problem if needed. Coordinate with regional application team regarding
lab/plant trial.
7. Manage trade receivables and delivery/invoicing claims.
8. Work with Sales Operation, Purchase & Logistics, Finance and Equipment coordinators to
perform their function as needed.
9. Conduct trials and chemical optimization for Kemira’s Pulp & Paper Chemicals at the customer
site to ensure the customer receives the most efficient chemical applications.
