- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical support during the sales process.
- Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person, etc. and respond their inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage and resolve Customer complaints. Record and track customer interactions and issues. Generate reports on common technical issues and customer feedback
- Conduct and supervise activities of the integrated CTS laboratory.
