Mô tả công việc

Job Description:
Basic responsibility is to provide the technical support to the local service partner and/or end users. The person is measured by how effectively he can locally provide pre and post sales technical support in a way to win deals and maintain customer satisfactions according to the company’s strategies and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide the technical support to the service partner or end user to solve the ATM technical problem and manage Pilot test or technical upgrade projects. If necessary will travel to other cities to do the on-site support.
2. Provide the field service for the local customer or coordinate with the service partner to process the service request from the customer.
3. Responsible for the local service partner daily communication and service performance management, prepare the related service report for the customer and head quarter.
4. Assist the sales and country managers to prepare the tender document (technical). Prepare and help out in technical documentation such as the spare parts list, working instruction and technical bulletin writing.
5. Assist in Spare Parts Warehouse management include the purchase plan preparation, warehouse audit etc...
6. Manage and administer customer complaints and/or new requirement processes, Provide customer education or technician training when necessary.
7. Report to HQ regarding GRG local ATM running data analysis, collect competitor information and submit monthly report.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Required Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, major in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 1 years working experience in technical support or customer service.
3. Ability to communicate in English is and write all the technical documents.
4. Armed with skills to repair or guide the partners and customers to solve the technical problems.
5. Demonstrate ability to manage projects and spare-parts warehouse.
6. Possess passion to self-learn and ability to learn how to repair the new products.
7. Have good communication skills and perform training or product/solution demonstration to the customer.
8. Possess knowledge on computer operations hardware and office applications such as Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook, PPT; be familiar with the working principle about the mechanism, electronic and optics.
9. Outgoing & proactive personality, strong teamwork spirit & good interpersonal communication skills.
