Test Engineer

Conduct thorough testing of web applications to identify defects and ensure functionality, performance, and security standards are met.
Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Apply black box testing techniques to validate software functionality without peering into its internal structures or workings.
Develop and maintain sufficient and detailed test cases based on requirements and user stories.
Estimate testing efforts accurately for projects and features, providing realistic timelines and resource needs.
Follow the established testing process smoothly, ensuring consistency and thoroughness in all testing activities.
Work closely with development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure test coverage.

At least 3 years of experience in quality control or software testing, with a focus on web applications.
Proven ability to follow testing processes smoothly and consistently.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in creating comprehensive test cases.
Ability to estimate testing efforts accurately.
Strong knowledge and experience in web testing and black box testing techniques.
Language: Japanese is a plus.
