- Prepare & follow up the requests of quotation with clients , assigned by Head of Department (HOD);
- Registration confirmation code on PC; Follow up the confirmed files with clients;
- Check information, price … with suppliers and other Asco Inter;
- Make tentative bookings and follow up for the following files or due the request of HOD;
- Follow up with the other departments to solve problems or problems arise.
