Your duties as a Travel Consultant will include:
- Responsible to answer calls, emails and accountable to client’s queries, feedback and complaints.
- Oversee travel arrangement from booking to ticketing, flight, hotel and land transportation for corporate clients.
- Responsible to keep clients up to date on travel regulations, passport and visa arrangements.
