Travel Designer - Inbound Travel - District 1 ( Lĩnh Vực Du Lịch)

The Travel Designer (TD) is part of the Inbound Department at JD Tours Vietnam, a hive of creative and commercial activity. At the core of our work is making our clients fall in love with our efficiency, creativity, and punctuality. Our clients are specialist tour operators from around the world. The TD has an excellent knowledge of destination Vietnam and can independently create itineraries in line with each request and provide quotations using our products and our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to agent requests, leading to successful bookings
• Prepare customized travel itineraries, prioritizing our preferred hotels and experiences
• Make quotations with accuracy and commercial mind set
• Collaborate with colleagues in different departments, such as Accounting, Reservations, Operations and Tour Administration
• Collaborate with other destinations in creating consistent quality multi-country itineraries
• Use JD Tours IT systems as per instructions, consistently and precisely
• Translate your passion for “destination Vietnam” in all your communications
• Hand over successful sales to Reservations and ensure correct implementation of your created program
• Follow up with your programs with a double-check prior to departure and keeping in touch with agents during operations
• Other specific assigned tasks by Manager or GM.

• Vietnamese National
• Bachelor degree, preferably in Tourism, Business or Communications
• At least 2-3 years experience in a similar position
• Hard working and accountable
• Open to learn new systems
• Excellent English communication skills, writing in particular
• Positive attitude and sincere desire to learn on the job
• Responsible team player who can also thrive working independently
