Mô tả công việc
1 Support Salesforce to take care of customers;
2 Manage Sales orders of customers:
• PI (proforma invoice) control (issue, change, check, etc)
• Issue sales contract/ debit note (to customers)
• Convert S/O and make Sales contracts
• Checking payment to the account
• Request delivery (to Logistics)
3 Deeply checking draft LC, confirm to the customer for any amendment to proceed LC;
4 Implement monthly expense and monthly closing;
5 Other responsibilities shall be followed to assignment by the manager.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
1 Bachelor or College degree holder;
2 At least 01 year’s experience as sales assistant/support/admin;
3 Active, positive mind, loyal, responsible and leading attitude of work;
4 Passionate, hard worker and well-organized professional with the power to prioritize and multitask;
5 Proficient in MS Office; English communication is preferred;
