Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Strategy Development:
Identify and target key market segments within the Shopify ecosystem.
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with Tapita’s business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
Utilize data-driven insights to refine and improve campaign performance.
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Content and Brand Management:
Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
Collaborate with the design and development teams to create compelling visuals and landing pages.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Use analytics tools to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for all digital marketing activities.
Present regular reports to senior management, highlighting successes and opportunities.

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and analytics software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
