Job Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager has the main responsibility for increasing and maintaining high revenue levels for the Diamond Time Complex in Da Nang, in addition to the following:
1. Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Diamond Time Complex key products, VNGroup brands, and market trends.
2. Lead in the development of sales strategy with the Deputy Director of Sales & Marketing in advance and monitor, plan weekly sales activities and execute effective business activities with customers.
3. Effectively manage customer outreach strategies.
4. Implement & report on Sales strategy progress on time and professionally
5. Track actual revenue, costs and forecasts
6. Respond promptly to all inquiries and correspondence from customers. Commit to and communicate results that meet customer needs appropriately and hospitality is consistently achievable
7. Identify and search for potential customers in the sales area who can fit potential Diamond Time Complex uses, including Flexible accommodation and TikTak Coworking Space and commercial leasing space.
8. Achieve budget goals and maximize revenue by executing sales activities within market segments assigned.
9. Undertake competition analysis by assessing their products, services and sales tactics.
10. Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing sales teams to meet sales human resource objectives.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

1. Bachelor's Degree in commercial economics, or hotel and tourism management, business administration
2. 2-3 experiences in a management position or equivalent
3. Understanding and knowledge of sales.
4. Good conversational English & good management skills
5. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
