Mô tả công việc
- Resolve issues in payments and transactions with domestic and international customers.
- Understand the procedures for market exploration through data and e-commerce channels to exploit foreign markets and sign export contracts with international customers.
- Train and develop new employees to achieve department KPIs.
- Coordinate and direct employees in the procurement of export agricultural and aquatic products.
- Represent the company and the executive board in business-related meetings and negotiations with clients
- Understand the procedures for market exploration through data and e-commerce channels to exploit foreign markets and sign export contracts with international customers.
- Train and develop new employees to achieve department KPIs.
- Coordinate and direct employees in the procurement of export agricultural and aquatic products.
- Represent the company and the executive board in business-related meetings and negotiations with clients
Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Income: 15-20 million VND/month + commission on shipments + allowances + personal/team bonuses.
- Full social insurance participation.
- During the probation period, if the employee meets KPIs, they will be promoted to official staff and receive the official salary within that month.
- Guaranteed benefits through: hardware + software + allowances. Profit-sharing over 20% of the department's net profit for personal benefit.
- Regular salary reviews: Twice a year (March and September).
- Probation: 1-2 months (depending on experience).
- Challenge through managing a foreign trade team to exploit foreign markets.
- Income based on departmental and employee KPIs.
- Bonus percentage on departmental KPIs exceeding company regulations.
- Participate with the executive board in shaping strategies and tactics for the entire company.
- Training to become an export expert or a genuine business owner in the future.
- Freedom to be creative in management to promote individual personalities and latent capabilities.
- Working time: From 8 am to 12 pm and 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm (Monday - Saturday morning).

- Minimum 2 years of experience in export-import activities (specifically in export). If from a different field, mandatory training is required.
- Preferred age range: 1989 - 1999
- Male/Female (Female preferred)
- Ability to manage, train, and guide employees.
- Managerial and business acumen.
- Bachelor's/College degree in a relevant field or an MBA.
- Proficiency in English for transactions.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the position of Head of Export Sales.
