1 Understand and comply with current standards and regulations related to architectural, interior, and landscape design to apply them effectively in the work
2 Having a refined aesthetic taste that aligns with the company's product and service offerings. Regularly update on new creative trends in design and guide the team
3 Design, make plans and schedules for assigned design projects
4 Identify potential risks and propose solutions to address any issues that may impact overall goals and plans
5 Make weekly, monthly, and quarterly report
6 Present the designs with the clients and gain their interest in both aesthetic idea and technical solution
7 Responsible for coordinating and leading the implementation of all projects of the Design Department or specific assigned projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
8 Responsible for the quality of design documents before release
9 Organize and report urgent issues related to on-site construction design to the Director or make decisions (within permitted scope)
10 Develop, update, and improve necessary processes, regulations, and guidelines that are missing or not suitable for the design work
11 Responsible for regular professional training for the team, ensuring the team develops specialized skills and understands the furniture brands represented by the company
12 Manage and allocate tasks to the team of staff implementing projects.

Requirements for the position:
Computing Skills: MS Office, Sketchup, Autocad, Photoshop, 3Dxmax
Background:(Qualification/Certificate)
Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Interior Design
Foreign Language Fluent in English
Soft skills Leadership skil
Strong organizational and time management skill
Exeprience : At least 3-year experience in a similar position
Experience in office design and commercial design projects
Exellence knowledge in design trends, materials and technical solutions
Others (if any)
Being open-minded to research & learn and a responsibility manner in a high-pressure environment are the must.
