Emes Engineering Services LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Design & Tender Department to lead our team
The Head of Design & Tender Department will lead and oversee the entire design and tendering process within Emes Engineering Services LLC. This role is pivotal in driving the company's strategic initiatives, ensuring the delivery of innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions to meet client requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage the Design & Tender Department's operations, setting clear objectives and measurable goals to ensure efficiency and quality in design and tender submissions.
- Spearhead the development of design standards, protocols, and innovation strategies, aligning them with the company's vision and market trends.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best terms and resources for project design and execution.
- Oversee the preparation of tender documents, ensuring they are comprehensive, competitive, and aligned with client specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the department's staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professional growth, and adherence to best practices in engineering design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, procurement, and finance to ensure a cohesive approach to client proposals and project execution.
- The Head of Design & Tender will report directly to the senior management and play a crucial role in the expansion and success of Emes Engineering Services LLC.
