Providing assistance in course application, visa application, and welfare arrangement
Providing information on foreign institutions to students either face-to-face or over the telephone
Following up on student applications and keeping students informed on the outcome of institution offers and visa applications
Counseling prospective students and their families regarding study opportunities overseas (Australia, US, UK, NZL, Canada and Singapore)
Maintaining good rapport with students, their families partner institutions, and the visa offices
Dealing directly with the leads/students either by phone, email, or face-to-face
Completing other duties assigned by the direct manager
Providing necessary, accurate, and timely information to the customers and suppliers

English fluency – IELTS overall score of 6.0 or above
University degree
