TVME_Sales Support Specialist

SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB:
Provide behind-the-scenes support to business units and distributors to help achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth and offer general administrative support for day-to-day operational tasks for Commercial team.
KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate closely with BUs, RA&QA, SCM, and other departments to prepare both digital
and physical tender documents.
• Work with SCM team to track shipments and retrieve import documents for product
deliveries to distributors.
• Assist BUs with event planning, business travel arrangements, and other behind-the-scenes
support for sales activities.
• Work with BUs and distributors to gather monthly tender data.
• Manage the warehouse inventory of demo machines and samples.
• Continuously update and share all product certificates and registration documents from RA
& SCM with distributors for tender submissions.
• Regularly provide the tender team of distributors with updates on product certificates.
• Verify bills for accounting payments, including those for courier services, car rentals,
notarization and translation, and other invoices before monthly closing.

13 month salary, commission bonus
