UI/UX Designer

- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that streamline complex retail workflows and processes.
- Ensure designs are easy to use, navigate, and cater to users with diverse abilities.
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand the pain points, goals, and behaviors of users within retail tech platforms.
- Gather feedback through user testing and incorporate insights to continuously improve the user experience.
- Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centered designs.
- Develop or contribute to a cohesive design system that aligns with the brand and user expectations across different retail tech products.
- Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday through Saturday), with Sundays off.

- Expert-level proficiency in design tools and prototyping techniques.
- Ability to mentor junior designer and guide best practices.

- Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
- Ability to mentor junior designers and advocate for user-centered design principles.
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record in designing complex systems within the retail tech domain.
- Domain knowledge in retail, eCommerce, or fintech is a significant advantage.
