UI/UX Designer (Middle)

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned mid-UX/UI and Content Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with an array of responsibilities that include UX Design, UI Design, Digital Content Graphic Design, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Quality Control (QC), and collaboration across teams. This role also involves providing assistance in optimization processes.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ JOB DESCRIPTION
● UI Design: Create high-quality, user-centric interface designs for our website and mobile application, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience
● Visual Design: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and brand assets to ensure design consistency across all of our modules & platforms
● Collaboration: Work closely with UX Designers to translate wireframes and user flows into engaging visual designs that align with user needs and business goals
● Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes & mock-ups to communicate design concepts effectively and gather feedback from different stakeholders
● Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests & user feedback sessions to iterate and refine designs based on user insights
● Design Optimization: Continuously improve & optimize existing UI components & design patterns to enhance user satisfaction & usability
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Product) to ensure successful implementation of designs
● Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to our Junior Designer, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team
● Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices

Minimum of 3+ years
of professional UI design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
Experience with creating & maintaining design systems + style guides
Experience in UX is a huge plus
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and an eye for details
Experience in designing software is also a big plus
